Swim Meet Time Warp
I'll be making a few entries as I'm here at my daughter's swim meet. There are definitely relativistic time effects happening at these things as time seems to slow to a crawl.
I did not know anything about the swim meet culture before Casandra joined the swim team. I'm very impressed with how well organized these meets are. Now that I'm on the BISC Board I'll be learning a lot more about them as we host two meets a year. I've committed to organizing and running all of the computer equipment for the meet coming up this Spring - that should make the meet go faster :-)
