Back on the food wagon
Yes, today I am back on my weight loss program. Well, it will be a little different this time. I'm going to greatly increase the weight lifting part of the program. This website really got me motivated and had given me a lot of ideas for how to proceed. I'll be getting my aerobics through Dance Dance Revolution and a stationary bike. I'm going back on the Weight Watchers food plan modified to eat more meals a day than I was previously. I've gained back about 10 pounds from when I dropped off the program in November. I hope to get that off and move on forward to my ultimate goals. I was trying to figure out how to document my progress...hmm, why not a blog. So here it is. It's boring but just having it there should help keep me motivated. Wish me luck!
