Shark Bite
Whoo-hooo! The San Jose Sharks, my adopted favorite hockey team, have won the first game of their second round playoff series against Colorado. Team leader Patrick Marleau had a hat trick, his second of the playoffs. I saw a Sharks game several years ago and it was one of my most fun sports experiences. The fans there are just crazy and into their team...and that was when they were bad. Now they have a real shot at winning the Stanley Cup. The only problem - I just checked the schedule and they will be playing on the road the entire time that I will be in San Jose on business next week. I would have definitely tried to scalp some tickets to a playoff game. Bummer!
