These terms govern your use of Dice Vault, a dice rolling application made by Casdra Software LLC ("we", "us", "our").
Dice Vault is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
Dice Vault is free to download and use. A one-time Pro upgrade is available as an in-app purchase. Pro is a permanent unlock — no subscription, no recurring charges. Refunds are handled through Apple or Google's standard refund process.
Shared Game Rooms are temporary sessions. We do not guarantee room availability or persistence. Room data may be cleared at any time. You are responsible for the display name you choose — do not impersonate others or use offensive names.
By submitting a community dice pack, you grant Casdra Software LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to distribute the pack to other users. We may review, approve, reject, or remove submitted packs at our discretion. Do not submit packs containing offensive, infringing, or inappropriate content.

Dice Vault, its design, and its code are the property of Casdra Software LLC. Game system names referenced in Game Packs (e.g., D&D, Pathfinder) are trademarks of their respective owners. Dice Vault is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casdra Software LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dice Vault. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
